Welcome to Group Exercise!

Our group exercise programs are FREE to our members and consists of over 70 classes a week to choose from with class formats that include: Group Active, Centergy, Core, Fight, Groove, Power, and Ride as well as R30, SilverSneakers, Insanity, Zumba, Aqua Classes, 20/20/20, and Yoga.

Morning and evening sessions are offered at various times. Our staff is certified by YogaFit, AFAA, Mossa, AEA and ACE. Printed class schedules are available at the front desk. All fitness levels are welcome.

Digital Workouts

We are excited to offer our members MOSSA MOVE digital workouts FREE for 14 days! Each workout is designed with options and modifications so you can choose the intensity and level of challenge that are right for you. Work out from the comfort of your own home – on your TV, on your computer, or download the app and take your workouts wherever you go.

You will have access to eight programs. Each program has 2-4 workouts to select from and more will be added soon. Four out of the eight require no equipment. Each workout is approximately 30 minutes.
