Yoga
Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. The Gentle Yoga class is slower-paced, with more of a flexibility component. Restorative Yoga Restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga. |
This is a high-intensity interval training program designed to test your limits and push you beyond them. It combines plyometrics, strength training, and speed and has a whole round dedicated to working your core! This class works with bodyweight training and optional dumbbells use at times. | |
SILVERSNEAKERS® CLASSIC Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers® ball are provided. |

LET’S DANCE Let’s Dance is based on easy-to-follow dance moves and steps. We will dance in training which will alternate fast and slow rhythms, it’s just a dance party! The good news is you can go at your own pace and anyone is invited to come! |

20/20/20 Here’s the class you’ve been looking for! This class will give you 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of core conditioning. All fitness levels are welcome! |

Les Mills Body Balance A new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. |
Les Mills Body Pump Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. |

Les Mills RPM RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up TO 500 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. |

Les Mills Core A 30 minute scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do. |

Les Mills Body Combat A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories** in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door. |

Les Mills Sh’Bam A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can! |

Total Body Strength Incorporating all elements of fitness, Total Body Conditioning will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility. |
Group Class Guidelines
- Children under age 8 are not allowed to participate in yoga studio classes (unless noted otherwise)
- If supervised by parent, members’ children ages 8–14 are welcome to take Insanity & Aqua classes (please participate in the back of the class for safety, front desk sign-in required)
- Help keep our gym clean! ONLY athletic shoes in the group fitness rooms
- Please arrive to your class on time
